Hi, I'm Rob and I was born and raised in the small city of Seward, Nebraska. After moving to several different states, my family had the chance to return to Nebraska eight years ago.

We love many things about the Midwest. Small towns and unique eateries are near the top of the list. I started writing about this passion just recently as a way of sharing experiences where food, people and their communities pleasantly collide.
